Why go
The devastating 1954 flood destroyed much of the old center, giving it a more modern look than its neighbors. But what matters here is taste: Minori has a centuries-old pasta tradition (the town was full of water mills) and is home to Salvatore De Riso, whose ricotta-and-pear cake put this village on the world pastry map. Flatter and more family-friendly than most Amalfi Coast towns.

Sentiero dei Limoni
A scenic walk through lemon groves connecting Minori to Maiori. 40 min of fragrant terraces.
Duomo di Santa Trofimena
Houses the remains of the patron saint who, legend says, arrived by sea in a marble sarcophagus.
Minori Beach
250m of fine sand facing south — gets sun all day long. One of the best family beaches on the coast.
