What it is
Maria's kitchen is on the second floor of a 300-year-old building in Minori, with a balcony that looks straight out at the Mediterranean. This is not a cooking school — it's lunch at someone's grandmother's house, except she teaches you how to make everything. You'll make fresh scialatielli pasta from scratch (the Amalfi Coast's signature pasta), a slow-cooked Neapolitan ragu, and limoncello tiramisu for dessert. Then you eat everything you've made, with local wine. Maria doesn't use recipes. She measures by feel, by smell, by the sound the sauce makes. You'll leave with the technique, not a piece of paper. Max 8 people to keep it intimate. Maria's daughter translates when needed.
