Its fjord is a cascade of olive trees and vines plunging into the sea. This is where Roberto Rossellini filmed 'Amore' and lived a stormy affair with Anna Magnani — later, Ingrid Bergman bought the house where they stayed (Villa della Storta). Once an impregnable stronghold under Amalfi's Republic.

Fiordo di Furore
A hidden beach wedged between towering rock walls, reached by 200 steps from the road. The 30m-high bridge above hosts the MarMeeting world cliff diving championship every July.
Eco-museo del Fiordo
An open-air museum in the gorge: ancient paper mill, water mill, botanical garden, and restored 'monazzeni' — the old fishermen's stone houses.
Marisa Cuomo Winery
The most celebrated winery on the coast. Vineyards carved into rock crevices produce the cult 'Fior d'Uva' — a white fermented in wood, unique in the world. Visits and tastings available.
Painted Walls
Murals covering buildings and walls throughout the scattered village — an open-air art gallery.
