You'll make fresh scialatielli pasta from scratch (the Amalfi Coast's signature pasta), a slow-cooked Neapolitan ragu, and limoncello tiramisu for dessert. Then you eat everything you've made, with local wine. Maria doesn't use recipes. She measures by feel, by smell, by the sound the sauce makes. You'll leave with the technique, not a piece of paper.
