Sentiero degli Dei Guided Hike

The Path of the Gods is a 7.8 km trail carved into the cliffs between Agerola and Nocelle, 500 meters above the Tyrrhenian Sea. On a clear day you can see Capri, the Li Galli islands, and the curve of the coast all the way to Punta Campanella. Marco has walked this trail over a thousand times and still finds something new. He'll show you the hidden viewpoints that most hikers walk past, explain the geology of the cliffs, point out the wild herbs growing on the rocks, and tell you the stories behind the ancient stone shelters along the way. The trail is mostly flat with a steep descent at the end into Nocelle. Moderate fitness required. Not suitable for anyone with vertigo — the drops are real. Return to the meeting point by local bus (ticket included).
